3) A legally binding after-sales service agreement involving imported second-hand equipment, the after-sales service commitment of the after-sales service organization or product owner, the qualification certificate or business license of the after-sales service organization, the final annual inspection report issued by the official organization or its authorized organization in the original place of use, the use and maintenance records of each construction machine, relevant Chinese instructions and recent photos;

4) Printing business license involving imported second-hand printing machinery;

5) Chinese instructions, maintenance records and service time records or application materials of imported units.

(six) the approval documents of the State Council, the environmental protection department and the relevant government administrative departments on the import of used tires;

(7) 3C certification documents related to used mechanical and electrical products for sale, lease, maintenance and remanufacturing managed by the imported 3C certification system.
