Classification of condensate recovery devices:

I. Open the condensate recovery device.

The open condensate recovery device centrally recovers the steam condensate discharged from the steam equipment to the open-air underground pool through the trench pipeline. The steam carried by the condensate and the secondary steam flashed after being evacuated or depressurized to normal pressure are utilized. The remaining condensate at about 100℃ is cooled to below 70℃ by natural cooling or adding condensate, and then pumped into the soft water tank of boiler make-up water.

The condensate recovery device of the opener can be divided into the following three ways.

1. 1 pump high natural cooling opener

The main working principle of the system is to recover the condensed water from the trench to an open underground pool, and then pump it into the replenishment tank. Because the position of the pump is higher than the ground, according to the influence of centrifugal pump performance, the recovered water temperature is generally 40℃ ~ 60℃. The heat loss taken away by flash evaporation accounts for about 4% ~ 10%. So the heat loss is great.

1.2 low-pump natural cooler.

Its working principle is basically the same as that of the high-position pump, except that the pump is placed in the pit below the sump. According to the influence of centrifugal pump performance (see table 1 on page 32), the recovery temperature can be increased to 80℃. However, because the pump is placed in the pit, the equipment maintenance is very inconvenient, so few manufacturers adopt this method.

Expansion and utilization of 1.3 high-pressure condenser

Its working principle is to use the steam leakage of high-pressure steam equipment, the flash steam of condensate is used by low-pressure steam equipment, and the low-pressure condensate returns to the pool, and then it is recovered naturally or by adding cold water below 70℃. The recovery rate of this condensate recovery device is higher than the first two, but the investment is relatively large. Not many factories adopt this method.

Second, the closed condensate recovery device

Closed condensate recovery device means that the condensate discharged from steam equipment is concentrated back to the closed centralized water tank through overhead or trench pipelines, and then the softened water with the temperature above 100℃ is directly input into the boiler by using the high-temperature condensate comprehensive recovery device, forming a closed circulation system from steam supply to recovery, which is a better condensate recovery method at present. This condensate recovery device is widely used in Japan.

Closed condensate recovery device can be divided into the following two ways.

2. 1 The pump directly sends the condensed water to the boiler recovery system.

Its working principle is that saturated steam is sent from the boiler to the indirect steam heating equipment, and the saturated condensate produced after heat release is pressed into the overhead or buried backwater pipeline by steam pressure through the steam trap, and then collected into the centralized water tank through the pipeline. According to the steam pressure and condensate discharge of the equipment, the pressure of the water collecting tank is calibrated by the pressure regulating control valve to make it the lowest. When the saturated condensate in the water collecting tank reaches a high water level, the high-temperature condensate comprehensive recovery device will automatically start pumping water into the boiler. When the water level in the centralized water tank is pumped to a low level, the recovery device automatically stops running. If the water level of the boiler exceeds the warning water level without replenishing water, the boiler water level controller controls the recovery device to automatically pump the water back to the soft water tank.

2.2 High and low pressure recovery system

Its working principle is basically the same as the first closed recovery system, except that high-pressure steam equipment and low-pressure steam equipment need two recovery systems respectively.

2.3 High-temperature condensate comprehensive recovery device

The recovery method of closed steam condensate is to recover saturated water above 100℃. Generally, centrifugal pump will produce cavitation when transporting saturated hot water, which makes the pump unable to work normally. Serious cavitation will damage the pump impeller and cause accidents. According to the performance table of centrifugal pump (see table 1), general centrifugal pump can only suck supercooled water below 75℃. If the water temperature exceeds 80℃, it is necessary to add a positive pressure head at the pump inlet to prevent cavitation. In order to pump 100℃ ~ 120℃ saturated hot water, it is necessary to increase the positive pressure head at the pump inlet by 6.0m ~17.5m. In order to solve this problem, the condensate recovery device combines the jet pump with the centrifugal pump, which effectively solves the problem of cavitation prevention. The combination of this pump and other components is called high-temperature condensed water comprehensive recovery device.

Matters needing attention in equipment use

1. Before the system is put into operation, the whole system must be descaled. After the backwater is qualified, open and close the drain valve.

2. Before the container is filled with water, remove the pressure gauge, open the pressure gauge valve to discharge steam, and then install the pressure gauge when the water level pressure in the container reaches the upper limit;

3. After the system is put into operation, if there is a small amount of hard impurities in the return water, the drain valve must be opened every 3 ~ 5 days; Then it will be reduced to once a month;

4, when the alarm red light on the control cabinet or buzzer alarm, should choose to manually control the water pump to send water, maintenance personnel immediately repair the automatic control device, and then resume automatic operation after repair;

5. The steam traps supporting the user's pipeline system and condensate recovery device should be maintained and replaced regularly, and the damaged steam traps should be replaced immediately.

Daily maintenance

1, regularly open the drain valve to drain water to improve water quality.

2, regularly check the pipe network trap, if there is any damage, should be replaced in time.

3. Observe whether the liquid level display is correct, and keep it within 30 mm of the normal liquid level;

4. Wipe the level gauge regularly to make it clear.

5, pay attention to the maintenance and maintenance of motor pump.
