Spinach Spring Cake
Ingredients
Appropriate amount of flour, appropriate amount of water, a handful of spinach and eggs
Two steps
1. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and make small dough;
2. Take a small dough, apply some oil on one side, and put the two small dough on top of each other and roll them into pancakes;

Tips
Remember to stick two pieces of dough on the oiled surface when putting them together; Remember to use some flour when the cakes are stacked, or they will stick together.
Assorted egg cake with shredded potatoes
Ingredients
1 potatoes, 2 eggs, 3 spinach, 5 ham slices
Appropriate amount of assorted vegetables and pepper
Step
1. Cut or shred potatoes, add eggs and stir well, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir well;

Tips
Because spinach contains more oxalic acid, it is not conducive to absorbing calcium and iron. Please blanch it with boiling water before cooking.
