At the beginning of this year, the State Council issued the "Decision on Cancellation of Administrative Licensing Matters in the Third Batch of Places Designated by the Central Government" to cancel the qualification identification of self-funded study abroad intermediary service institutions. At the same time, it is clearly pointed out that after the cancellation of examination and approval, relevant departments should strengthen the regulation, guidance and service of self-funded study abroad intermediary service institutions. It is necessary to give play to the role of industry self-discipline and industry standardization of industry organizations. In order to encourage excellent institutions and provide guidance for students and parents, the National Association for Studying Abroad has established a "white list system" for the study abroad service industry. According to the Measures for the Administration of White List of Study Abroad Services, all the short-listed enterprises have signed the Convention on Honesty and Self-discipline, and promised to adopt the national standards for study abroad and language training services, and open a green and fast mediation channel for consumers in the study abroad branch.
China Education International Exchange Association will speed up the construction of a long-term mechanism to improve the white list system, strengthen the supervision of white list institutions, regularly check the service quality system of white list enterprises, and accept consumer mediation applications. Establish a white list access and exit mechanism, and delete the "white list" institutions from the "white list" in time once the behavior that infringes on consumers' rights and interests or affects the image of the industry is found. And timely launch the blacklist of study abroad service industry, and regularly publish the list of untrustworthy personnel and institutions in the industry.
