Processing time limit
If the applicant directly submits an application for administrative license to the place of registration, and the materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, the registration authority will make a registration decision on the spot and issue a business license or other registration certificate within 10 working days; If a decision cannot be made on the spot, a review decision shall be made within 5 days.
registration of establishment
The applicant can decide whether to name the established individual industrial and commercial households. Where the applicant intends to name the established individual industrial and commercial households or the business scope he applies for contains matters that must be approved before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, he may apply to the registration authority in advance for pre-approval of the names of individual industrial and commercial households. Individuals or families applying to engage in individual industrial and commercial operations shall apply to the local administrative department for industry and commerce for registration with the local household registration certificate and other relevant certificates, and may start business only after obtaining the business license with the approval of the county-level administrative department for industry and commerce.

Documents to be submitted when applying for registration of establishment:
(1) Application for Registration of Establishment of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the applicant;
(2) A copy of the applicant's identity certificate (or household registration certificate);
(3) Certificate of use of the business premises;
Submit a copy of the title certificate of the own property; Submit a copy of the lease agreement of the leased house and a copy of the lessor's real estate license; Without obtaining the real estate license, submit the certificate of the real estate management department or a copy of the house purchase contract and house sales license; If the lessor is a hotel or restaurant, it shall submit a copy of the business license of the hotel or restaurant; If an individual industrial and commercial household or private enterprise is established with its own house as its business place, but it is impossible to provide a legal real estate license due to historical reasons, a document issued by the village (neighborhood) committee and other institutions that can prove that the applicant has the right to use the house shall be submitted.
(4) Notice of pre-approval of font size;
If the font name has been pre-approved, it should be submitted.
(5) Where the business scope of application for registration includes items that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, relevant approval documents or copies of permits or licenses shall be submitted.
(6) If an agent is entrusted to apply for registration of establishment, a power of attorney signed by the applicant and a copy of the agent's ID card (signed by me) or qualification certificate (signed by me) shall be submitted;

Registration change
When an individual industrial and commercial household changes its store name, operator's domicile, form of composition, business scope, mode of operation, business premises, etc., when an individual industrial and commercial household changes its family operator's name, it shall go through the change registration with the original registered administrative department for industry and commerce. Without approval, it shall not be changed without authorization.
Self-employed individual industrial and commercial households shall re-apply for registration when changing their operators.

Documents to be submitted for change registration
(1) Application for Change of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the applicant;
(2) If the business premises are changed, the certificate of the use of the business premises shall be submitted (for specific requirements, see Item 3 of the submission document for establishment registration); If the business scope is changed, and there are items in the business scope that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, the relevant approval documents or copies of permits and licenses shall be submitted; Apply for changing the operator (only in the form of family business, and the new operator is a member of his family), and submit a photo of the new operator and a copy of his identity certificate; Apply for changing the composition table and submit the confirmation documents of family members.

(4) Other documents required by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: After the change registration is approved, the original business license (original and duplicate) will be held and a new business license (original and duplicate) will be issued.
Cancel registration
When individual industrial and commercial households close down, they shall go through the formalities of closing down and hand in their business licenses.

Replacement of lost license
Individual industrial and commercial households who lose their business licenses and their copies or temporary business licenses shall report to the administrative department for industry and commerce where they originally registered or operated, and report the loss in the newspaper.
