The catalogue of forest products shall be formulated by the provincial people's government and announced to the public. The formulation and release of local standards for the quality and safety of non-edible forest products shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and administrative regulations. Article 9 The forestry administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall, according to the requirements of ensuring the quality and safety of edible forest products, and according to the variety characteristics of edible forest products and the status of toxic and harmful substances in the soil and water of the producing area of edible forest products, propose a production prohibition area and report it to the people's government at the same level for approval and promulgation.

Article 13 Forest product production and processing enterprises and farmers' specialized cooperative economic organizations shall establish a forest product quality and safety inspection system, inspect the quality and safety status of forest products by themselves or by entrusting inspection institutions, make inspection records truthfully, and keep inspection reports in accordance with regulations. Article 14 Edible forest products sold by forest products production and processing enterprises and farmers' specialized cooperative economic organizations shall be packaged or labeled, and the product name, place of origin, producer, production date, shelf life, product quality grade and other contents shall be indicated on the packaging or label in accordance with regulations; Where an additive is used, the name of the additive shall also be indicated in accordance with the regulations.
Non-edible forest products sold by forest products production and processing enterprises and farmers' specialized cooperative economic organizations shall be marked with the product name, specifications, quality grade, name of the production enterprise, etc. On the package or on the product and its accessories. Non-edible forest products that fail to pass the supervision and spot check shall be ordered by production and processing enterprises and farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations to take remedial measures, and can only be sold after passing the inspection.
