Governments at all levels and home appliance enterprises are encouraged to increase subsidies for "trade-in" with matching funds to attract more consumers to participate.
Actively cooperate with the development of waste household appliances recycling industry, urge property service enterprises to allow relevant vehicles to enter the community, and prevent relevant vehicles from entering the community without justifiable reasons, and strengthen credit evaluation and supervision and management in accordance with relevant regulations.
Encourage provincial retailers' associations, provincial home appliance industry service associations and other related associations to give full play to their professional advantages and platform functions, and make public welfare publicity pictures and videos around the use functions of smart home appliances, green home appliance maintenance, safe use of home appliances, and recycling of waste home appliances, and organize public welfare publicity.

Carry out public welfare publicity activities to update household appliances, popularize the knowledge of hazards caused by extended use of household appliances, and spread the concept of green intelligence, safety and health. Encourage e-commerce companies such as Suning and Gome to use new formats and models such as live e-commerce and community e-commerce to expand the online market. In Taiyuan, Datong and other cities, we will build smart business districts, smart stores and green shopping malls. Taiyuan City, Yuncheng City, Jincheng City and Yangquan City are the first pilot cities in the convenience business circle for a quarter of an hour. On the basis of consolidating and upgrading the pilot construction and summing up experience, we will comprehensively push forward, improve the level and quality of community business facilitation, standardization and digitalization, and enhance the consumer experience of household appliances.
Fifth, optimize the supply of green smart home appliances.

Encourage home appliance manufacturers to improve the green and intelligent content of their products, and give priority to those manufacturers that meet the conditions of technological transformation. Encourage home appliance manufacturers to improve product quality, strengthen product standard publicity, and provide better products to the society. We will promote the integration of renewable resources recovery system and garbage collection and transportation system, speed up the construction of recycling system for used household appliances and other recyclable materials, encourage leading recycling enterprises to integrate all forces through chain operation and franchising, and build home appliance recycling outlets and green sorting centers. Actively strive for national support for waste household appliances recycling projects. In strict accordance with the requirements of the Measures for Licensing the Disposal Qualification of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products, the Guide for Qualification Examination and Licensing of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products Disposal Enterprises, and the Guide for Dismantling and Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products, we will carry out environmental supervision on the dismantling and disposal enterprises of waste electrical and electronic products in our province to ensure the orderly dismantling and disposal of waste electrical and electronic products in our province.

Continue to guide banks and insurance institutions to increase financial support for green smart home appliance enterprises and optimize financial services in the production, service and consumption of green smart home appliances. In accordance with the relevant policies of inclusive finance, we will continue to promote financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of green smart home appliances.

We must resolutely safeguard the unified and open national market, pay attention to expanding consumption in a market-oriented and sustainable way, give full play to the role of various market players, and effectively guarantee fair competition.
