According to the waterway passenger transport rules of the Ministry of Communications, the purchased tickets cannot be changed, but they can be refunded one hour before sailing. The refund process is as follows:

(1) Refund of paper tickets purchased by passengers must be handled at the ticket purchase (departure) site;

(2) Refund of online ticket purchase shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations on online ticket purchase.

(3) WeChat refund must be made on the WeChat client.

(4) Unused tickets can be refunded 1 hour before the sailing time, and a refund fee will be charged. The refund fee is calculated at 10% of the ticket price per person (in yuan, the mantissa below yuan is rounded to yuan). After applying for a refund, the refund will be returned to the bank card or WeChat wallet paid by the user within 30 working days.

(5) Refund due to force majeure such as typhoon and fog is free of charge.

(6) After the ticket is sold, visa change procedures will not be handled. If passengers need to change their voyage, they should refund their tickets and pay the refund fee within the prescribed time limit, and then purchase tickets separately.

(7) In the peak passenger season such as Spring Festival travel rush, the carrier can suspend the refund.
