(7) The decoration project needs to provide the house property right certificate and lease contract; If the property right certificate has not been obtained for the recent completion, the original planning permit, bid-winning notice, construction permit and completion acceptance report of the project shall be provided. If the decoration works change the fa? ade, a planning permit shall be provided. Decoration project also needs to provide the decoration plan of the superior competent department (or owner).

(8) Professional engineering needs to provide the Basic Information Table of Project Contracting, planning permit and construction permit of the original main body construction of the project;
