To apply for a food business license, you must go to the township market supervision and management office (former industrial and commercial office) where the business address belongs, and the required materials are as follows:

Copy of business license or qualification certificate; Organs and institutions need to submit a copy of the legal person registration certificate of the organ (institution); Private non-enterprise units need to provide a copy of the registration certificate of private non-enterprise units or the registration certificate of social organizations; Private schools (including child care institutions) and non-profit old-age care institutions are required to submit a copy of the registration certificate of private non-enterprise units or the approval documents issued by the education (civil affairs) department.
3. Layout and operation flow documents of main equipment and facilities suitable for food business.
4. Rules and regulations to ensure food safety.
5. If the applicant entrusts others to apply for a food business license, the agent shall submit a power of attorney and a copy of the agent's ID card.
Applicants can apply directly to the township market supervision and management office to receive the form. It shall be completed within 12 working days (excluding the time limit for on-site investigation and rectification) after the application for the establishment of food business license is accepted.
