Generally speaking, the catering industry is suffering, so please be prepared psychologically.
I have been engaged in catering for 3 years, so what's my opinion?
1. Adjust your mentality: First of all, you should be clear about your position. What you do is service work, and the satisfaction of the guests is the recognition of your work, so it is necessary to put away the excess self-esteem first (this refers to "excess").
2. Hard work can make progress: No matter what position you are in, you can't rest on your laurels. Even if everyone thinks you are excellent, do better, otherwise you will be eliminated
3. Modesty makes people progress: see more, ask more and do more. If you don't understand, you must ask. If you have a bad memory, you should use a pen. If you have a good memory, it's better than a bad one.
4. Live in harmony: All people are equal. You should treat all your colleagues equally, and you must never form a clique, which will only make you a thorn in your superior's side.
5. Be positive: never stay in your original position. Once you have the opportunity, you must strive for promotion, but pay attention to ways and means, and you must never lose sight.
