The official name of Osaka Airport is Kansai International Airport, which is located in Jeonamachi, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, about 35 kilometers away from downtown Osaka. This airport is the second artificial island airport in Japan and the second largest international airport in Japan, second only to Tokyo Narita International Airport.
