My internship company is xxx, and I served as xxx during my internship. Because of the intern, there is no separate business line, but I follow my team leader to finish the work. I thought that the work of two people could be faster and more efficient, but I didn't know that because of my inexperience and carelessness, I often forgot to bring meeting minutes when I had a meeting, which delayed the work progress.

My work will be postponed because of my weak practical ability. At first, I was depressed, and my education was not the best among interns in the same period. I felt very timid. I make up my mind to take every job seriously, drive away immature and timid students, not hold the team back and not cause trouble to the leaders.

In this way, in addition to completing my own work every day, I will take the initiative to find experienced seniors to understand the mistakes in my work and how to work more efficiently. Maybe my efforts have paid off. In the later period, my work was affirmed by the leaders, and the project achievements were praised many times at the meeting.

From the newcomer's work to being praised by the leader, the pressure makes me make continuous progress in my work. Because our company is relatively large in scale and the overall business structure is relatively perfect, each business line can directly find the corresponding person in charge.

Because I am an intern, everyone takes good care of me, and I also take this opportunity to ask my seniors about their work without disturbing them. In this way, during my internship, I learned the professional knowledge of multiple positions in one position. Every time I communicate with my predecessors, I can always gain a lot of experience and learn different ways of working.

The collision of different viewpoints is an innovative process. Even in the process of my work, our leaders will humbly ask me some questions, and keeping learning at all times seems to me like a "master key", which can open the door to success everywhere.

2. Put theory into practice:

After joining the company, I found that no matter how wonderful my experience in school is, it is just a stepping stone to find a job. What really determines whether the company will hire or not is the internship experience and achievements. So this also fully reflects the importance of practice. Practice is very important to everyone. Only by putting theory into practice can we test it. Scientists need to constantly prove whether their conclusions are correct through practice, and if they are not correct, they must constantly revise them on this basis. And we should constantly know whether we love choosing an industry and whether it is suitable for the current industry through practice.

If it is not correct, we must constantly improve ourselves and find our own direction as soon as possible. If the direction is right, we should concentrate on practice, constantly explore new fields and learn new knowledge in practice, and form a virtuous circle. This is the only way to succeed.

3. Turn pressure into motivation to improve execution;

After the internship, I realized that the pressure of work and the pressure of study are completely different. If you are not satisfied with your study, you can also have a barbecue with three or five students and talk about everything, but when you come home from work, you can only stare blankly or cry in an empty room.

Although the results of my internship are very good, during this period, I also faced numerous pressures, large and small. This also exercised my strong mentality and unyielding will. I regard the internship as a trial-and-error link before entering the workplace, and the valuable pay must be valuable in return. This reward can't be measured by money at this time.
