There are two platforms in the training mode of applied talents in Changsha Normal University: on-campus and off-campus practical teaching platforms.

Among them, the functional materials major has explored a new practical path for the training of applied talents in engineering major by constructing the training mode of "one main line, two drives and four integrations".
"one main line" refers to cultivating students' ability to solve complex engineering problems, "double drive" refers to the course content iteration driven by industrial technology progress and the teaching method reform driven by innovative projects, and "four integrations" refers to the integration of ideological and political education and professional education, the intersection of disciplines and majors, industry and education, and "double innovation" education and professional education.
Among them, "one main line" is the core goal of training applied talents of functional materials specialty, "double drive" is the power source, and "four integration" is the specific path. The goal, motivation and path complement each other to implement all-staff, whole-process and all-round education.
ChangSha Normal University, referred to as "Changsha Normal University" for short, is a full-time ordinary undergraduate college organized by the Hunan Provincial People's Government and approved by the Chinese people and the Ministry of Education. It has been selected into the excellent teacher training plan of the Ministry of Education, and is the national animation and game talent training base and the first batch of "national training project for kindergarten teachers" demonstration training base of the Ministry of Education.
