You see, this is the beginning of involution.

I thought that I would feel a little less uneasy after I really started working. Actually, this industry, the so-called flexible overtime, does not force you to work overtime, but it forces you to work overtime with various tasks. Normally, we go to work at 9 o'clock and get off work at 6 o'clock. When I can get off work on time, I feel uneasy. Why? Because your tutor and your colleagues are not off work, you will wonder whether your superiors think you are not working hard enough if you work overtime. This kind of anxiety is deeply felt by another colleague in the group. Often, before noon, we can judge how late we need to work overtime that day according to the completion of our work in the morning, and then look at each other silently and smile at each other. At the latest and most tiring time, I got off work after 11 o'clock for two weeks in a row, and then I went back to the dormitory and basically fell asleep as soon as I collapsed in bed.

The college students who joined the company together were assigned to different teams from mine. She often told me that the boss of their team felt that our team could do neither this nor that. To tell the truth, although I was in a team, I had a lot of complaints about my tutor, but her ability was obvious, and her achievements were of course well known, so I didn't know the conclusions drawn by my classmate boss. Of course, it does reflect the seriousness of involution in this industry, and there are comparisons and competitions everywhere.

Let's talk about my current job. Although my colleagues don't have this phenomenon of overtime involution, it gives the boss a reason to disapprove of your leisure. Like my boss, I usually choose to get off work when she is not in the office. Of course, this is on the premise of finishing the day's work. Sometimes I have to work overtime until over 11, and occasionally I have to come to work overtime on weekends. However, it is a bit inappropriate to walk by the river often without wet shoes, but it is similar. Yesterday, after finishing a day's task, I took my bag and prepared to go back. As a result, I met her at the door of the office, only to see that she looked up and glanced at me. I dare say that my heart really jumped into my throat at that time, and the thief was so horrible!

It is reasonable to say that because of the company's shuttle bus system, there is no shuttle bus until 6 o'clock every day, but our department apparently leaves work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., so we usually have to take the shuttle bus back. For example, I am deprived of at least 1 hours a day as a free labor force. Of course, this is an excellent situation. Generally, I can leave after 7 o'clock. I think it is too early now, and I am envious.

then why is this happening? If you can understand that the boss always talks about who hasn't worked overtime before work every day, and thinks that TA is too idle, you will understand that my fear is unreasonable.

You can be forgiven for saying that she exploited us hard instead of working overtime. We can resist with a little "confidence", but she didn't. She can even work overtime on weekends and take charge of the company. So we people can only "dare to be angry and dare not speak".

Two days ago, my colleague told me about the current social form. She is a newcomer and pays more attention to social facts. In particular, he told me with a heavy heart and a sad face that the current social class opposition is too obvious. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer and poorer. Since they can't change the status quo and can't protect their legitimate rights and interests, most brick movers choose to lie flat and start a bad attitude. Anyway, they are squeezed, so let them have a psychological balance.

I watched her gushing and righteous words, and I suddenly felt that this is indeed the case in the present society. Capitalists force you to get involved, but the people at the bottom can't get more rights and interests, so they choose to lie flat.

but is it better to curl up or lie flat? No one can say this. Involution can make people work hard, especially in the workplace. After all, it involves our own interests. If you don't involution, you may not even be able to guarantee food and clothing. Some people say that this is serious, but they want to say that capitalists will not give you the right to lie flat and sayno. After all, they don't keep idle people. Of course, the advantage of lying flat is that the mentality will be slightly balanced. After all, class contradictions are there. Of course, this does not mean that lying flat will not make self-improvement. I think this is too thin a definition of lying flat. Lying flat will only make us stop being driven by the oppressive feeling of the working environment, and we will selectively develop other aspects. For example, many people choose to work hard to take the exam or take the postgraduate entrance examination. For professionals, this may be another form of lying flat, but I think it is an adjustment to myself. Since I can't adapt to the current road, I will choose a more secure road. Of course, I may still encounter various involution after entering it.

So in my opinion, lying flat and involution actually go hand in hand. Lying flat can only be said to be a choice, but it doesn't mean that this person really doesn't know how to make progress and indulge in depravity. Of course, the most important thing is that no matter whether you are in a relatively involution or relatively flat environment, since we can't change the environment, we should try our best to change our mentality. Learning to adapt and know how to choose is the best self-adjustment.
