it is divided into three parts: product research and development, product maintenance and activity planning

product development period-before the product goes online: make clear the market positioning and user groups of the product.

product seed period-product internal testing period: collect data of users and related issues, and discuss and optimize the product.

product growth period-product outbreak period: planning is essential for an outbreak now.

product stability period: improvement of product deficiencies in mature period and maintenance between users.

product aging period: users are lost, revenue is reduced, new products are launched, and users are saved.

2. product maintenance: because different users have different maintenance methods, a perfect after-sales maintenance department should be established here to solve complaints and product defects, mediate contradictions and rectify deficiencies.

3. event planning: it is suggested that the marketing department should make good market feedback during the product growth period, and make the main maximization marketing plan, page design and organize implementation according to the market situation and price of the same industry.
