1. Put up propaganda slogans and posters in eye-catching positions, put up prompt signs, encourage the cadres and workers to take meals in small quantities and many times as needed, guide them to establish healthy, scientific and reasonable eating concepts, and form civilized and thrifty eating habits.
2. Strictly practise economy and oppose waste. On the one hand, efforts should be made to strictly manage ingredients, reasonably determine the procurement supply and distribution methods, and reduce the loss of ingredients in all links before processing. On the other hand, we should pay attention to improving catering services and catering methods, strengthen the skills training of catering personnel, and improve the quality and service level of catering production.
3. Strengthen the management of official reception and meeting training meals. Strictly implement the designated dining system for official reception, and do not arrange meals beyond the standard, and advocate the form of separate meals, simple meals and buffets.
4. Promote the resource utilization of kitchen waste. Actively promote the level of resource utilization of kitchen waste.
