"Halal food permit" is valid for four years. Enterprises and individual business households need to extend the validity period, should be 30 days before the expiration of the validity of the Halal Food Permit to the original licensing department to submit an application.
"Any enterprise and individual business households shall not use more than the validity of the Halal Food Permit." V. "(iv) to seize and detain the illegal goods;
"(v) to seize the illegal production, business premises." Eighteen, add an article as Article 33: "violation of the provisions of these Regulations, the use of more than the expiration date of the Halal Food Permit, by the municipal, county (city, district) ethnic affairs departments to give a warning, and ordered to apply for the extension of the procedures within a certain period of time; overdue, confiscate the expired Halal Food Permit."
