The placement of gas cylinders is a practical and policy problem. Please consult the local law enforcement department for details.
Legal basis: Notice of the State Council Safety Committee on Further Developing Special Governance of Gas Safety in Catering Places.
2. The use of liquefied petroleum gas shall meet the following requirements:
(1) When the total weight of bottles exceeds 100 kg (equivalent to 2 bottles of 50 kg or more 15 kg gas cylinders), a special gas cylinder room shall be set up. When the total weight of the bottle body is less than 420 kg, the gas cylinder room can be set in a single-storey dedicated room adjacent to the gas-using building. When the total weight of the cylinders is more than 420kg, the gas cylinder room shall be an independent building, and the distance from other civil buildings shall not be less than 10m.
(2) The height between gas cylinders shall be no less than 2.2m, and combustible gas concentration alarm devices shall be installed inside, and there shall be no underground structures such as heating ditches and floor drains; Externally, obvious safety warning signs should be set up; Electrical equipment such as explosion-proof lighting should be used, and the electrical switch should be set outdoors.
(3) Gas cylinders and gas-liquid two-phase gas cylinders must be specially designed for special use, and used and spare gas cylinders should be placed separately or separated by firewalls.
(4) Flames and explosives shall not be stacked indoors where steel cylinders, gas appliances and user equipment are placed; Do not use liquefied petroleum gas and other open flames in the same room.
(5) The normal service life of pressure reducer for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders is 5 years, and the normal service life of sealing ring is 3 years. When it expires, it should be replaced immediately and recorded.
(6) When cylinders supply multiple sets of liquefied petroleum gas cookers, they should be connected by hard pipes and gas equipment should be fixed. The steel cylinder is connected to a single liquefied petroleum gas cooker. If an oil-resistant rubber hose is used, it should be fastened with a clamp. The length of the hose should be controlled between 1.2m ~ 2.0m, and there is no interface. Rubber hoses should be replaced every two years; If the hose is aged and corroded, it should be replaced immediately; Hoses must not pass through walls, windows and doors.
3. The gasification station of bottle group, gas pipeline, gas equipment, gas monitoring facilities and lightning protection and anti-static shall comply with Code for Design of Town Gas (GB50028-2006).
4. Gas-using places shall install combustible gas concentration alarm devices in accordance with relevant regulations, and be equipped with dry powder fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment.
5. Qualified gas cylinders provided by supply enterprises that have obtained gas business licenses shall be used, and cylinders without warning labels, filling marks, expired or scrapped shall not be used.
6. It is forbidden to use liquefied petroleum gas cylinders to mix dimethyl ether.
7. We should establish and strictly implement the safety management system and operation procedures for gas operation.
8. Employees can only take up their posts after passing the safety training; Enterprise leaders and employees should regularly participate in safety education and training, and master the hazards of gas and explosion-proof measures.
9. Gas safety inspections should be conducted regularly, and targeted emergency plans or emergency treatment plans should be formulated to ensure that employees and rescuers master relevant emergency contents.
10. A safe gas supply contract shall be signed with the LPG supplier, and the gas purchase certificate shall be kept after each gas purchase. The gas purchase certificate shall accurately record the gas cylinder registration code.
