11 industrial and commercial business license

Requirements:

1. You can apply for the certificate of catering business scope and category;

2. It can pass the EIA (restaurants are generally not allowed in residential buildings);

3. It can pass the fire detection;

note that you can only handle it if all three conditions are met.

there are two forms for obtaining a business license: the former system and the latter system.

former business license: it means to apply to the industrial and commercial bureau after passing the inspection of sanitation, fire protection and environmental assessment before the restaurant opens, and the industrial and commercial bureau will issue a formal business license after passing the examination and approval.

post-standard business license: it is a temporary business license for smooth opening, which is valid for 6 months when the formal business license has not been processed, the restaurant has been renovated, the equipment, bulk goods and staff have been fully prepared, and only the business license has not been processed. In these six months, you must complete all the formalities and get a formal business license, otherwise, if one part of the fire protection, health and environmental assessment is not approved and the business license cannot be approved, you can't start business. The procedure is the same as the previous application procedure.

Step 1: Name verification

is to give your restaurant a name that has not been registered by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau. There are two ways to verify the name:

1. Log in directly to the local industrial and commercial bureau in official website and apply online;

2. Go to the local industrial and commercial bureau for on-site handling.

Time required: 1-3 working days

Operation: After determining the company type, name, registered capital, shareholders and contribution ratio, you can go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit an application for name verification on site or online.

result: the name was approved, but it needs to be re-approved if it failed.
