Three certificates are required, namely, health certificate, hygiene license and business license. One ring is buckled and one ring is indispensable. The steps are as follows;
health certificate: first, all employees who open a shop go to the CDC for personal physical examination. According to the physical examination, laboratory results, chest X-ray or chest X-ray, the CDC determines that each employee has no infectious diseases and issues health certificates respectively. (Those who have infectious diseases are not issued with health certificates, and are not allowed to engage in catering industry) Only with health certificates can they go to the next level;
hygiene license: after obtaining the health certificate, apply to the health supervision office or the Food and Drug Administration for opening a restaurant (your application will not be accepted without the health certificate), and the health supervision office or the Food and Drug Administration will check whether the hygiene condition of your hotel is qualified, such as whether the kitchen facilities are complete. Is there a refrigerator or freezer? Are the tables, chairs and benches in line with the requirements? A health permit will be issued to you if it is qualified (no business is allowed if it is unqualified, and no health permit will be issued);
business license: go to the industrial and commercial bureau for a business license after obtaining the hygiene license (the industrial and commercial bureau will not accept the application without the hygiene license).
