Power distribution room, water pump room, etc. For computer rooms with unclear service scope such as power distribution room and water pump room, the area allocation calculation shall be carried out based on the design and use certificate provided by the architectural design unit.
Air conditioning room, power distribution room, water pump room and other equipment rooms: if the corresponding equipment has not been installed after the completion and acceptance of the project, the surveying and mapping results will be marked as power distribution room (standby) and water pump room (standby), and this part will not be shared as * * * area, but other * * * areas will be shared.
