On Sunday, my mother took me shopping, and I saw a store called Zhangsao Nianpi, which I was particularly familiar with. So my mother and I happily walked into the store and each asked for a big bowl of Nianpi. After a while, Huang Cancan's Seppi came up. No sooner had I taken a bite than I burst into tears. I took another bite, my hands fanned back and forth and my mouth hissed. My mother is spicy, too, so she quickly asked for two glasses of water. We just managed to eat the stuffed skin ... after eating it, my mouth burned.
Although I'm terribly spicy, I still like it very much. The stuffed skin is cool, slippery and special in my mouth. There are many unique spices in the stuffing: garlic, balsamic vinegar, mustard oil, leek flower, oil spicy seeds and so on. There is also a special seasoning in the stuffing-gluten, which has many small holes. When you put it in the stuffing, it can absorb the flavor of seasoning. Take a bite and the seasoning will be fully released. How fragrant it is! .....
After returning home, I curiously discovered how to make stuffed leather. Its characteristics are: bright and tough, sour and salty, cool and delicious, relieving summer heat and satisfying hunger.
