Jinan Wildlife World will be moved from Paomaling in the southern mountainous area to Zhangqiu, aiming at building a first-class wildlife park in China, referring to the standard of 5A-level scenic spots, fully learning and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of outstanding wildlife scenic spots at home and abroad, and making great efforts to plan and build quality projects. The basic functions and framework of the park have been set up, and the conditions for raising and displaying animals are maturing.
It is reported that the new wildlife world has introduced 133 species and 270 animals (only). Among them, 6 rhinos, 2 hippos, 9 giraffes, cheetahs 10 directly purchased from South Africa have moved into the new park, and other imported animals are temporarily kept in Happy Valley Scenic Area.
At present, camels, yaks, alpacas and other animals that meet the migration conditions in Paomaling Park have been relocated one after another. On the premise of completing the animal migration procedures, most animals in Paomaling Scenic Area will be migrated to the new park in batches. The new park plans to introduce about 100 species and 1500 animals (only), including birds and amphibians and reptiles, so that the total scale of the newly-built wildlife world will reach 160 species and 3,000 animals (only).
It is intimate and safe to visit by train, and there are trenches and power grids between people and animals.
The car tour area accounts for one-third of the whole park, and tourists can take a small train for sightseeing. It takes about 45 minutes to visit without getting off. Different from the past, the new small train has no isolation net, but its safety is greatly enhanced. The reporter saw at the scene that in the beast area, there is a double protection of trenches and isolated power grids between people and animals. The power grid is arranged on both sides of the trench, and the voltage is set within a safe range. When people come into contact with animals, they will be hit to limit their behavior, and there will be no danger. The trench is 7.5 meters wide and 4 meters deep, which blocks people and animals and ensures safety. Tame herbivores can walk freely on the road, and tourists can look up at animals in the small train to ensure the harmony between people and animals.
Plan 40 groups of various animal cages, cooperate with animal cages to build 42,500 square meters of outdoor animal activity exhibition venue, and make and install 3,500 linear meters of safety fence and 7,300 linear meters of animal isolation power grid. The cage is built on the original terrain, which completely conforms to the living habits of animals and reflects the good ecological landscape effect. Animal hospital, forage bank, feed processing room and other supporting facilities have also been built, ensuring the functions of animal breeding, breeding and scientific research, and all functions are being further improved.
In terms of transportation, a large parking lot covering an area of 400 mu is being built directly opposite the entrance of the park, which can park 4,500 cars at the same time. Moreover, in order to facilitate tourists' convenient arrival, in the future, bus lines will be increased, overpasses will be planned and constructed, and the exit of Bucun toll station of Jilai Expressway will be widened.
In the pedestrian zone, ecological performance halls, ecological restaurants, tourist stations, public toilets and other facilities that provide various services for tourists are under construction. It is understood that in the second phase of construction, a children's park will be opened. At present, the renovation of the main entrance complex of the park has been completed, and the monitoring and command center is still under construction. The service level and comprehensive dispatching management ability of scenic spots, especially the ability to prevent and deal with emergencies, will be effectively guaranteed.
At present, the construction of basic supporting facilities such as roads, squares, bridges, purse seines and "four supplies and two rows" in the park has been completed one after another. * * * Construction of 40,000 square meters of roads and squares, laying and installation of seven kinds of pipelines, such as water supply and drainage, strong and weak electricity and gas, totaling 90,000 meters, construction of 65,438+3,000 linear meters of perspective walls in scenic spots, large-scale landscape bridges 1 seat, landscape corridors of 2,000 square meters, and peak viewing pavilions 1 seat. Among them, the multifunctional landscape bridge with a main span of more than 60 meters has become a highlight of the park, and the protection standards and safety functions of various purse seines have been greatly improved.
The landscape greening and ancillary facilities in the park are improving day by day. The construction unit * * * arranged more than 70,000 square meters of terrain, newly planted 67,000 transplanted trees and shrubs, planted 70,000 square meters of lawns and ground cover plants, perennial flowers 1630 square meters, aquatic plants 1600 square meters, 3,500 bamboo piers, 3,500 climbing plants, and installed 5,500 tons of landscape stones.
It is understood that in order to ensure the trial operation as scheduled, New Wildlife World has set up a management and operation team and gradually established a perfect management system. It is expected that by early September, tickets, tour guides, security guards and other personnel can all be employed. At the same time, speed up the procurement of equipment and facilities, and implement tourist service systems such as ticket collection system, sightseeing bus, catering, sales, service, reception, medical first aid and complaint handling as soon as possible through procurement and outsourcing services.
