Guangfu Village is located at 3.5km from Shiyin Road, and it spans three highways, namely Siping, Majing and Yinfeng, with convenient transportation. The two committees of the village are composed of five people, and there are six villagers' groups. The whole village has 1,891.94mu of cultivated land, with a total of 618 households, a total population of 1,767 and a per capita net income of 3,817 yuan.

Guangfu village mainly produces grain and oil crops (rice, wheat, rape) and sun-dried tobacco. The agricultural infrastructure construction is 2 kilometers, and the U-shaped canal construction is 1,811 meters. In terms of culture and education, there is a primary school in Guangfu Village, and the enrollment rate of school-age children reaches 111%. In the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, Guangfu Village pays close attention to the production of grain and oil in field and sun-cured tobacco according to its own reality, and gradually improves and expands contract agriculture (seed production) and autumn seed production. Qingliu Village is adjacent to Zaojiaoshu Village, Jiantai Village, Nanqiao Community, Guiquan Village, Chengxi Community, Huaqiao Village, Nongke Village, Changbai Mountain Road Community, Baiguo Community, Tingjiang West Road Community, Wenxing Road Community, Jingshi East Road Community, Yiqiao Village and Shuangquan Community.

There are many tourist attractions near Qingliu Village, such as Huaxin Arrow Tower, Huijian Temple, Surprise Happy Valley in the west of Shifang, shifang city Museum, and Longju Temple in Shifang. There are special products such as red and white dried bean curd, Majing dried noodles, red and white Dan's bean curd, Shifang sun-dried cigarettes, Shifang buckwheat noodles and so on.
