Beijing Universal Resort contains seven themed scenic spots, 37 rides and landmark attractions, 24 entertainment shows, 80 restaurants and 30 retail stores, with a total area of more than 4 square kilometers, with Phase I occupying an area of 159.57 hectares; Phase II occupying an area of 165.83 hectares, with plans to build a theme park that includes Chinese elements, introducing Chinese culture and IPs such as the Monkey King; and Phase III plans to build a water park.

Universal Beijing Resort is the third Universal Studios theme park in Asia and the fifth in the world; it is located in Beijing's Tongzhou District, adjacent to the East 6th Ring Road and the Beijing-Harbin Expressway.

The seven themed attractions are all equipped with dining and shopping places, which are very convenient for both eating and shopping.
