The subsidy in Longhua District will take half a year to be distributed. Conditions:

1. Bachelor degree or above in full-time general higher education (subject to the declaration when handling the import procedures).

2. The applicant has fully obtained the newly introduced talents' rental and subsidies in Shenzhen, and has not received the supporting rental and living subsidies in other districts (new districts) in Shenzhen except Longhua District.

3. After the introduction of talents, the domicile is in Longhua District.

4. After the introduction of talents, the applicant has been working full-time in the employer in Longhua District, and the unit he works for must be registered in Longhua District according to law and operate normally and legally.

5. At the time of application, the employer in Longhua District has continuously paid (excluding supplementary payment) social security for at least 6 months (counting from the month of application). Social insurance includes pension, medical care, work injury, unemployment and maternity (except for special circumstances permitted by social security policy). Before the subsidy is issued, the applicant is still working in Longhua District, and the social security relationship is still in this district and is paid continuously and normally.
