Concept: Streamlining
What is "Streamlining"? Let me give you an example.
how did you develop a new customer? Call? Or was it introduced by a friend? How do you communicate? Have dinner, climb friendship, or have a meeting to talk about PPT? How do you know they are interested in your plan? Have an appointment for the next meeting? Or the affirmation of eyes?
he thought about it and said, this is experience, right? I don't know, as long as the old driver has confirmed his eyes, he will know.
this is called relying on people, relying on some "intuition" that is unclear and unclear. Intuition cannot be copied. How can you teach your employees the different meanings of 811 kinds of eyes?
then the master will take his apprentice and realize it in the process of falling, crawling and beating.
then, can you catch up with the speed of market expansion? In case the apprentice leaves his job and a new employee comes after he realizes it, is it necessary to realize it again?
what should I do?
application:
turn personal ability into system ability by process. Only the process can turn disorder into order, complexity into simplicity, and people can follow the process.
For example, the "sales" that seems to be the least streamlined can also be streamlined. In many "dragon-strong" multinational companies, sales are streamlined into nine steps:
1) customer's determination of project ideas. At this stage, you should get these needs through marketing activities and seek opportunities to participate.
2) identify potential supporters. Have you found the person in charge of business or technology? Which of them will be your supporter?
3) complete the opportunity assessment. Internal evaluation, whether this matter is our opportunity or not, and whether it is worth the effort.
4) the evaluation scheme is approved. Cooperate with technical and service departments to gain the recognition of customers' top management.
5) Complete the scheme that has been preliminarily approved. This is the time to work hard and complete a report that can surprise customers.
6) obtain written consent. Start the business process and finally submit the solution to the customer.
7) obtain the signing documents. Finally, sign the contract and complete the order.
8) implementation and deployment of products and solutions. The signing of the contract is not finished, and sales should always pay attention to the delivery of the project and find new opportunities.
9) complete the support work. Until the end of delivery and deployment, the customer is satisfied with everything, and the sales work is completed.
The engineering student was dumbfounded. Yes, when you are a local strongman, you may be all obstacles when you become a strong dragon. Through the process, learning depends on the power of the system to fly in the sky.
so, besides "sales", what else needs to be streamlined?
the "talent" strategy also needs to be streamlined. The best talents come from three visits to the cottage; But the vast majority of the backbone are planted in their own fields. Do you have a continuous campus recruitment plan? Staff training plan? Guan Peisheng's rotation plan? Succession plan for key positions? This set of processes seems complicated, but they are all important ways to resist the natural disasters of talents.
the "product" strategy also needs to be streamlined. Does your product portfolio overlap peaks and valleys according to the life cycle? Have you accumulated the creativity of your products into the basic competence of the company through the knowledge base? Has a product listing strategy become a skillful operation manual? These processes are also the biggest guarantee to ensure that their products will not be good or bad.
we often say that this man is only clever, but not wise. What is great wisdom? It is the understanding of the laws behind everything, and naturally follow the "regular process" to do things. A man with great wisdom can expect his behavior without being clever, because he has a fixed "process"
