The fees for different courses vary:

1. Grand Certificate in Culinary Arts Program

Total Fee: RMB333,800 (including the sum of the fees for the culinary and dessert courses, uniforms and tools cost RMB15,800; culinary tuition fee RMB159,000; dessert tuition fee RMB159,000)

The duration of the program is: 9 months (simultaneous study) or 18 months (separate study)

Age: 18 years of age or above, with a minimum of 18 years of age. (Separate studies)

Age: 18 years of age or older.

Entry Requirements: ? Completion of the second year of high school or equivalent 11th grade education overseas, fluent in Chinese.

Language of Instruction: ? Courses are taught in French or English with simultaneous Chinese translation.

2. Cooking Course

Total Cost: RMB 174,800 (Costs include tuition fee of RMB 159,000 (including enrollment management fee of RMB 3,000), tools and uniforms cost of RMB 15,800)

Duration: 9 months

3. Dessert Program

Tuition: RMB 174,800 (cost is RMB 159,000 for tuition (including RMB 3,000 for enrollment management fee) and RMB 15,800 for tools and uniforms)

Duration: 9 months

Enrollment Requirements: Completion of second year of high school or equivalent 11th grade education overseas, fluent in Chinese; no previous catering experience is required and at least 18 years of age.

5. Culinary Management Course

Course Fee: RMB 64,000 (the fee includes an enrollment fee of RMB 3,000, textbooks, course tuition, and other related expenses)
