Article 8 Any unit engaged in the business of outdoor advertising shall obtain an Advertising License from the municipal administration for industry and commerce before engaging in the business of outdoor advertising.

Units, individual businesses use their own positions to set up and publish their own products, services, business projects and other content of outdoor advertising (store plaque advertising), shall be reviewed and agreed to by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, to the municipal planning and administrative departments for approval of outdoor advertising facilities.
