Deng Shichang Memorial Hall was established in September 1994 with the approval of Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China. It is a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit in Guangzhou and a patriotic education base in Haizhu District of Guangzhou. The memorial hall is located in Tangjia Ancestral Hall, Baogang Avenue, Haizhu District, where the national hero Deng Shichang was born.
