When the project fails to proceed as planned, the construction unit may be required to adjust or modify the plan and notify the construction unit to take necessary measures to speed up the construction progress; So that the actual construction progress can meet the requirements of the construction contract; 4. Regularly report the progress of the project to the construction unit. When the construction progress may cause serious delay in the contract period, it is responsible for submitting a detailed report on the termination of the construction contract for the construction unit to take measures or make a decision. The second responsibility is quality control, and the specific content is: 1, providing the original datum point, datum line and datum elevation to the construction unit in written form for on-site inspection and acceptance of construction lofting; 2. Check the materials and equipment used in the project before and during the construction, and have the right to refuse to use those that do not meet the requirements of the contract; 3. Issue the commencement notice of various projects, and notify the construction unit to temporarily stop the construction of the whole project or any part of the project when necessary; 4, the inspection and test work of the construction unit to conduct a comprehensive supervision; Have the right to use the construction unit or its own test equipment to check the quality of the project and adopt digital control; 5. According to the inspection of construction procedures, conduct quality inspection and on-site supervision on each working procedure and each part, and sign and recognize some and all projects whose quality meets the requirements of the construction contract; For projects that do not meet the quality requirements, have the right to require the construction unit to rework or take other remedial measures to meet the technical requirements stipulated in the contract; 6. Check the construction method, review the construction scheme and technology of the test section, and approve the special technical treatment measures and special operation technology; 7. Review the application report for the completion acceptance of some completed permanent projects or all completed projects, declare to the construction unit and submit relevant reports; Participate in the handover and completion acceptance presided over by the construction unit or its superior competent department.
