From March 1 day, 2022, take-away merchants who fail to build a "sunshine kitchen" or use a "take-away seal" will be punished accordingly. According to the provisions of Article 29 of the Regulations on Electronic Commerce in Zhejiang Province, if the food processing and production sites are not disclosed in real time or the delivered food is not stamped, the market supervision and management department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine ranging from 200 yuan to 500 yuan may be imposed.
