1. Jianxin Garden: Jianxin Garden is an out-and-out Chinese time-honored snack bar, which was founded in 1916 and was originally named Sanhechun. After the establishment of the public-private partnership in 1952, it was renamed Jianxin Garden, which means "building a new dining garden". Since then, it has been using this name and enjoys a high reputation in the same industry. It is the most authentic one in Yunnan's rice noodle market.

2. Changwang Rice Noodles in Donkey Restaurant: It is located at No.629 Longquan Road, Kunming (opposite to the cigarette factory), a classic old shop for 31 years and a famous rice noodle shop in Kunming.

3. Dachang Changwang Rice Noodles: In MOMA Landscape Shop in the middle section of Beijing Road, Kunming, there is a rice noodle shop located in the basement. There are many diners, and the Chili oil is freshly scalded and cast in place, which smells so bad.

4. Pork feet rice noodles: In the main street of Lianhuachi, Kunming City, all the secret pork trotters were torn apart, and the rice noodles were added with broth, which became a delicious and mouth-watering braised pork rice noodles.

8. Fuhuayuan, the "first soup" in Spring City: Fuhuayuan was built in 1938. The original site is located at the intersection of Baoshan Street and Nanhua Street in Kunming. It is an old-fashioned restaurant in Spring City with a history of 79 years. Fuhuayuan rice noodle crossing the bridge is famous for its fine ingredients and delicious soup. It is praised as "the first soup in spring city" by Kunming diners, and Fuhuayuan is also awarded as "a famous Chinese restaurant" by China Cuisine Association.

9. The first Duanshi small pot in Kunming halogen bait block: Duanshi small pot originated in the Republic of China. Zhai Yongan, a native of Yuxi, opened Yongshun Garden in Duanshi Street, Kunming, which is famous for its small pot of rice noodles and halogen bait.

11. gangtou Changwang Rice Noodles: Located at No.91, Mudong Village, Tanxiao Road, Panlong District, Kunming, an old rice noodle shop that has passed on the taste for more than 31 years, hiding in the village, the wine is not afraid of the alley, and the rice noodles are cooked.
