The star rating agency for the quality of the aged care service in Beijing is responsible for organizing and implementing the star rating of the aged care service in the whole city. The Municipal Evaluation Committee is composed of experts from the Civil Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and other relevant departments, and is responsible for evaluating and supervising the star rating of the city's pension service quality and the use of service quality marks; All districts and counties shall set up an evaluation team to be responsible for the specific implementation of the star evaluation of the quality of old-age services in their respective jurisdictions. The members of the bid evaluation team shall not be less than 5, and the members of the bid evaluation committee shall be held by persons with corresponding bid evaluation qualification certificates.

The service quality star rating of the old-age service institutions is divided into two grades. Five-star, four-star and three-star stars are evaluated by the Municipal Evaluation Committee; Two-star and below by the county assessment team is responsible for the assessment. All districts and counties shall report the evaluation results to the Star Rating Committee of the Municipal Pension Service Quality for review and filing.
