Rule three. Procurators shall wear procuratorial uniforms and badges in the following work:

Article 4? In any of the following circumstances, prosecutors do not wear procuratorial uniforms or procuratorial badges:

(a) the dress is not suitable for the task of case investigation;

(2) No business trip;

(3) Being suspended for inspection due to violation of discipline and law, or being taken compulsory measures due to suspected crime;

(four) other inappropriate or need to dress.

Article 5

Procuratorial uniforms should be worn in accordance with the norms, and procuratorial uniforms should not be mixed with non-prosecutorial clothes.
