Article 6 Before the homestay (farmhouse) is put into operation, the operator shall apply to the public security department of the county-level public security organ where the place is located for a special trade license and submit the following materials:

1. Zhejiang special industry license application registration form (homestay, farmhouse) and Zhejiang homestay (farmhouse) fire safety registration form;

2. A copy of the business license;

3, where the township (street) issued by the township, village or tourist attractions within the scope of the planning documents;

4. Distribution and area plan of rooms, internal passages and fire-fighting facilities on all floors of the business premises.

Article 7 After receiving the application, the public security administrative department of the public security organ shall issue an acceptance certificate if the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form; If it is not accepted, it shall issue a certificate of rejection and explain the reasons; If the application materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be completed on the spot or within 5 days.
