Second, the regular meeting system.
1, hold regular student union meetings (specific time to be determined). It can be held at any time if the work needs it.
2. In principle, the scope of staff attending the regular meeting of the Student Union is all members of the Student Union. Except in special circumstances, the departmental meeting shall be organized by the minister at least once a week.
3, participants should make meeting minutes, meeting minutes shall be the responsibility of the organization department, in order to combine the actual situation of the department to do a good job arrangement.
4. Listen to the work reports of various departments. The contents of the report mainly include:
(1) Department's work summary last week and later work ideas and work arrangements;
(2) Students' ideological trends, structure and requirements;
5. Discuss the suggestions and opinions put forward by the ministries and commissions on the overall work of the student union, report the problems found in time and properly solve them.
6. Participants are not allowed to be absent, late or leave early. If there are special circumstances, they need to ask the minister for leave at least half a day before the meeting begins. If they are late 10 minutes, they will be absent once. (The leave must be put forward in writing by myself, and it will take effect only after being approved by the vice chairman, otherwise it will be invalid. )
7. If you don't attend the meeting for more than 3 times (including 3 times) without reason, you must submit written materials to explain the reasons and cancel the year-end evaluation basis.
8. Attendance will be used as the basis for year-end assessment.
9, during the meeting, all communication equipment should be set to mute state, and keep the order of the venue, not to whisper at will.
Third, the dormitory management system
1. The members of the sleeping party are led by the members of the Life Department of the Student Union and the vice chairman or deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee. Except in special circumstances, other personnel are not allowed to participate. Non-student union members are strictly prohibited from participating in the student union sleep examination.
2. Bedtime should be determined according to different situations.
3. The contents of the dormitory inspection mainly include the list of people who have not arrived at the post, the hygiene of the dormitory, whether to use high-power electrical appliances, etc. For illegal electrical appliances and articles, please check the inspectors to confiscate them on the spot, and make corresponding records for the owners of the articles, which will be an important basis for the evaluation of civilized dormitory in the future.
4. Check the bedtime and hand it over to the life (discipline inspection) department. The minister is responsible for printing electronic files and reporting the situation to the corresponding counselors. Electronic files are handed over to the organization department.
