Article 134 If food producers and business operators are ordered to stop production or business or have their licenses revoked for three times in a year, the food safety supervision and administration department shall order them to stop production or business until their licenses are revoked. a person who has been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or more for food safety crimes shall not engage in the management of food production and operation for life, nor shall he serve as the food safety manager of food production and operation enterprises.

if a food producer or business operator violates the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall revoke the license.
