I usually just call to process documents at work, and I hardly use my professional knowledge. The website developers of the same company are very different. Computer knowledge is changing with each passing day. In a project, they are often asked to learn to use a new computer language for development and design in a short time. They can only study hard on their own basis and master knowledge as soon as possible. In this era of information explosion, knowledge is updated too quickly, and it is definitely impossible to rely on the original knowledge. We must be diligent in our work, slowly ponder, constantly learn and accumulate. When you encounter something you don't understand, you should try your best to solve it yourself. If you can't, you can consult others humbly. Those who have no self-study ability will be eliminated by enterprises and society sooner or later.

The work is very hard

Because I still live on campus, I have to get up before 7 o'clock every day to catch the bus. Even in the cold and bad weather, I have to go to work as long as it is not a weekend. Sometimes the company is busy and I have to work overtime at night or on weekends, which leaves less time for personal control. We must restrain ourselves from not coming to work if we don't want to, but we can sleep late at school, and we can skip class when we really don't want to, so we are much more free.

And website developers often have to drink coffee and stay up late to catch up on projects. All along, we rely on our parents' income, while some people spend money lavishly. Maybe after work, we can realize the hard-won money earned by our parents. Moreover, we should consciously cultivate our financial management ability. We just graduated, and our salary level is generally not high. Apart from rent, meals and daily expenses, we sometimes send some money to our parents to subsidize our families. We often have little left, and if we are not careful, we may be unable to make ends meet and become a moonlight family. get along with colleagues

When we step into the society, we deal with all kinds of people. Because of the interest relationship and busy work, many times colleagues will not be as attentive to you as classmates. While some colleagues are smiling at each other on the surface, but they are intrigued and unscrupulous behind their backs, stepping on others' shoulders and constantly climbing up, so we are often unable to adapt when we just leave school. For example, colleagues who do network promotion in our company pay great attention to the confidentiality of their customers' information, so as not to be robbed of their achievements by colleagues, so the relationship seems a bit indifferent. But the environment often affects a person's work attitude. In a cold and impersonal office, everyone will have no attachment, and they will definitely jump ship without hesitation if they have a better chance. They are depressed, which leads to low work efficiency. Every day, they just wait for work and go back to their families early. The occasional birthday party for colleagues, and a little condolence when you are sick, will help to create a harmonious working environment in Qi Le. Being in a good mood, everyone is happy at work, which is conducive to the development of the company. Seeing the sinister workplace and the right and wrong between colleagues in the company on TV more than once, I think what I can do is "work more and gossip less". Summary

I study management. I have learned many sets of classic management theories in books, which seem easy to understand, but I have never put them into practice. Maybe I will realize how difficult it is when I really manage a company. We have seen many wonderful negotiation cases from teachers or books. It seems easy. Maybe we can realize our lack of ability and knowledge only by going to the scene or going into battle in person.
