(3) At the time of checkout, a bill shall be issued, indicating the charging items, and the charging standard shall be consistent with the clearly marked price. Article 4 The entertainment industry is divided into premium, first-class, second-class and third-class. The charging standards of all entertainment industries within the jurisdiction of two urban areas in Kunming are uniformly approved and managed by the Kunming Municipal Price Bureau and the Kunming Municipal Bureau of Culture, and the rest are approved and managed by the municipal price and cultural departments. Article 5 Examination and approval procedures and requirements: Any unit that has obtained the legal business qualification shall submit a written application to the municipal and county cultural departments according to the examination and approval authority 15 days before the opening of the business, and fill in the Approval Form for Rating Price of Song and Dance Halls and Karaoke Halls. Investment, cost calculation basis, price accounting system, accounting system, self-examination and self-correction system and other internal management systems must be reported as annexes. And there are full-time and part-time price personnel to manage prices. After the price and cultural departments have passed the acceptance and issued a grade certificate, they can charge according to the grade standard. Article 6 It is an act of profiteering to operate entertainment items or commodities whose price level exceeds the following range on the basis of the same price level in the same industry:
(1) Tickets, room fees, song ordering fees and table fees exceed 0.5 times of the same charges in the same industry;
Charge standard = charge standard ×( 1+ range limit)
(two) the original packaging of beverages, alcohol, unpackaged food, cakes and other sales prices. 0.5 times more than the same price increase in the same industry;
Sales price = actual purchase price ×( 1+ does not exceed the same price increase range of the same industry )× (1+range limit) (if there is no purchase price, the purchase price provided by the local price department shall prevail).
(3) the sales price of a homemade domestic beverage, zero glass of wine, assorted fruit snacks, tea, etc. More than 0.5 times the same gross profit margin of the same industry;
Sales price = cost ×( 1+ does not exceed the same gross profit margin of the same industry )× (1+range limit)
(four) the service rate exceeds the same rate in the same industry;
Service fee = total catering price ×( 1+ not exceeding the same service rate in the same industry)
The above range can be adjusted by the price department according to market changes. Article 7 The price level (general charging standard, general markup rate and general gross profit rate) of the same commodity or service in the same region, the same period and the same grade shall be regularly monitored by the Municipal Bureau of Culture and reported to the price department for confirmation before publication.
