4. Now marinate the beef, add chopped green onion, 6 grams of cumin powder, 2 grams of pepper, 4 grams of salt and 20 grams of water, stir in one direction, finally add 50 grams of butter, continue to stir evenly, and then marinate for half an hour;
5. Now let's roll the dough. After the dough is relaxed, knead it a little, and then roll it into strips. Divided into 35g 1 flour. This dough is soft, sprinkle some dry flour to prevent it from sticking, then roll it out and roll it as thin as possible.
6. Put a spoonful of marinated meat stuffing in the middle of the dough, brush a layer of water on the side, wrap half around it, wrap it all in a baking tray, brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on the surface, and decorate it with white sesame seeds;
7. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and 220 degrees in advance. After preheating, put it into steamed buns, bake at 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes, and observe the color in the last few minutes. Don't bake.
