According to the introduction, since June 1, 2015 to October 31, 2017, the Beijing Municipal Regulation on Tobacco Control was officially implemented for 29 months, the Beijing Municipal Health Supervision and Law Enforcement Officers *** ordered the rectification of unqualified units 15,532 times, and 1,245 units were subjected to administrative penalties, *** counting fines of 3,423,600 yuan. *** penalized 5,243 individuals for illegal smoking and fined 271,450 yuan.

From the monitoring of several types of key places to supervise and enforce the data analysis, the top three higher pass rate are medical institutions (97.5%), schools (97%), hotels (96%), the lowest catering units (68.5%).
