The general joining fee and deposit can't be refunded after signing the contract, but in this special case, you can apply for savings if you have signed the contract but haven't started the distribution business. It is impossible to fully refund the franchise fee and deposit. How much you can refund depends on how the two parties coordinate, or you can apply to Party A for savings with your physical certificate, or Party A will give you better coordination.
