Many residents of Fortune Plaza Community in Linhe District complained to the urban management department that there was a problem of exhaust fan noise and oil smoke pollution in a bar located on the east side of Shengli Road. On the morning of August 10, Xinhua Squadron of Linhe District Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau went to the scene to investigate and verify the situation and ordered a bar to be rectified immediately.

According to the relevant person in charge of Xinhua Squadron of the Bureau, on the evening of August 9, Xinhua Squadron received a complaint from residents of Building 8, Fortune Plaza Community, Linhe District: the noise and lampblack of the exhaust fan of a bar in the east of Shengli Road seriously affected the daily life of residents.

On the morning of August 10, several law enforcement officers of Xinhua Squadron immediately rushed to the scene to check. The bar is located on the fourth and fifth floors of an old building east of Shengli Road. The west side (front) of the building faces Shengli Road, and the east side (back) faces Building 8 of Fortune Plaza Community. The bar is equipped with fume purification facilities according to the relevant requirements, and the daily cleaning records of the fume purification facilities are kept, and the smoke outlet leading to the roof is installed on the fourth floor. "The hum at night makes us unable to have a normal rest", "The smell of smoked barbecue makes us afraid to open the window" ...... Residents criticized this.

After the law enforcement officers verified the situation, they immediately ordered the relevant person in charge of the bar, Li, to immediately rectify the problems reflected by the residents. Li also said on the spot that the exhaust fan will be removed as soon as possible and the exhaust pipe will be put back in place.
