1. Strengthen leadership and clarify responsibilities

According to the relevant requirements of the Responsibility Letter for Safety Production signed with the Department at the beginning of the year, we adjusted the leading group for safety work in the rest home in combination with personnel changes, carefully deployed the fire control work, clarified the work responsibilities, and relied on the fire control safety system. At the same time, we set up a "general survey group of fire hazards in sanatorium" with the hospital safety leading group as the backbone, and signed a letter of responsibility for fire safety with all units, which provided institutional and organizational guarantee for fire safety work.

Second, highlight key points and strictly check

In the spirit of being highly responsible for the safety of people's lives and property, from the end of 11, the "fire hazard survey team of rest homes" carefully checked the fire safety work in the housekeeping department, catering department, ktv and other public gathering places in the hospital, and made efforts to:

Focus on the survey of whether the automatic fire-fighting facilities such as automatic fire extinguishing and smoke control systems and indoor fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, evacuation signs and other fire-fighting facilities and equipment in our hospital are missing, damaged, stopped, and the installation and use of counterfeit and shoddy fire-fighting products.

2. Architecture:

Investigate and rectify whether the safety exits, evacuation passages, fire and smoke prevention zones, interior decoration, fire resistance rating and site settings of the business premises of all units and departments in our hospital meet the national technical standards for building fire protection.

3. Planning:

It mainly focuses on whether the fire safety layout in the reconstruction and expansion planning of our hospital is reasonable and whether the public fire facilities meet the actual needs.

4. Regional aspect:

It mainly investigates whether there are "all-in-one" buildings with storage and residence in our hospital, low fire resistance rating, blocked or insufficient emergency exits and evacuation passages, insufficient fire prevention spacing, poor fire truck passages, and lack of fire water sources.

2. The goal is clear. For the business premises, we focused on the implementation of fire safety responsibility, the implementation of fire inspection system, the integrity of building fire protection facilities, safety exits, safety evacuation facilities, fire power management, and fire training for employees. In view of asset finance, we focused on the fire protection management of inventory materials storage. Focus on the safety of fire and electricity in the duty room and staff dormitory. At the same time, the acquisition and update of fire-fighting equipment, as well as the formulation and implementation of fire-fighting plans were inspected.

(3) Strengthening education and increasing the publicity of fire safety work

During the general survey, we adhered to the principle of treating both the symptoms and root causes, focused on tackling the root causes on the basis of general survey and rectification, made full use of effective carriers such as posters and slogans, intensified the publicity and education of fire safety, and raised the awareness of fire safety of employees to a new height, and

In view of the fire hazard caused by the poor oil smoke exhaust channel in the hotel kitchen and the limited financial resources of the hotel, our hospital assisted in the application and strived for the office to invest xxxx yuan for renovation. Through these measures, the safety environment has been effectively improved, at the same time, the operating procedures have been planned, the fire prevention measures have been urged to be implemented, and the prevention of fire accidents has been carried out.

2. urge all departments to carry out self-inspection and self-inspection, implement rectification measures, implement rectification personnel, and implement rectification deadlines. According to the requirements of the Implementation Plan for Fire Hazard Survey and Remediation and the Responsibility Letter for Safety Work, all departments have established and improved various fire safety systems and operating procedures to ensure fire safety, and all management has embarked on a standardized road.

Through the inspection, the fire awareness of the whole hospital has been obviously improved, and the safety responsibilities of all departments have been further implemented, and the potential safety hazards have been further eliminated. In the future work, we should take this census as an opportunity to establish and improve a more perfect long-term fire safety mechanism, carefully analyze the weak links in the work, find out the omissions in the work, and continue to carry out the investigation of fire hazards in depth, so as to make the fire safety work in the rest home reach a new level.
