As students, no matter which company you go to, you won't give us a job at first. Generally, you should be familiar with the working environment of the company first. As short as a few days, as long as a few weeks, or longer. During this time, many people will feel bored and have nothing to do, so they will have the idea of leaving. At this time, we must persist and not give up easily.

Second, we should work hard.

We went to the company for an internship. Because we are not regular employees, most companies treat us as students. During this period, the company generally won't give us any important work to do, but they don't want us to be idle, so they will give us some simpler jobs. At the same time, we should take the initiative to find something to do, starting with small things, and that's all we can do at first.

Third, learn with an open mind and don't be ashamed to ask questions.

In the course of work, we will certainly encounter many problems, many of which we don't understand. We should humbly ask colleagues what we don't understand, and when others teach us knowledge, we should also humbly accept it. At the same time, we should not be afraid of making mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. It doesn't matter if you make a mistake for the first time at work. It is important to know the mistakes and correct them.

Fourth, we should have clear objectives and correct attitudes.

Whatever you do at ordinary times, you should be clear about your goals. Just like after we work in a company, the key to knowing whether we are qualified for this job is to look at your own attitude towards the job. Even if you haven't studied it before, you can gradually master it at work. Therefore, to set a correct goal, we must watch what others do, listen to what others say, think about what we should do, and then do it ourselves. Only in this way can things be done well.

Through this internship, I also found some weak links in my previous study, which pointed out the direction for my future study and laid a good foundation for my future work. But this internship provides us with a good exercise opportunity, so that we can learn some relevant knowledge as soon as possible in order to apply it to our future business. Through this internship, I am proficient in spoken English, and I can communicate freely with foreigners. At the same time, it is really important for me to know English. I know that only by studying hard and strengthening my proficiency in business knowledge can I be handy in practical work and cope with it freely.

Generally speaking, this internship not only exercised my trade operation skills, but also learned a lot of knowledge that was not mentioned in the textbook after this internship, which also changed my employment mentality greatly. I have always wanted to find a job that suits my hobbies, professional. But now we all know that it is difficult to find a job, and it is even more difficult to have a professional counterpart. Many things are new to our society, we just learn them. So now I want to establish the employment concept of employment first and then choosing a job. We should learn to be independent in society as soon as possible, dare to participate in social competition and bear social pressure, so as to grow rapidly in society. Generally speaking, as a graduating college student, internship will become an important capital in my life, whether in my future work or life.
