According to relevant information, selling seafood requires a food business license. According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License, the sale of seafood requires a food business license and shall meet the following conditions:

1. It has food raw material processing, food processing, sales, storage and other places suitable for the variety and quantity of food it deals in.

2. It has business equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of food it deals in, as well as corresponding equipment or facilities for disinfection, changing clothes, washing, lighting, ventilation, anticorrosion, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment, garbage and waste storage.
