People's courts at all levels may, according to local actual conditions, publish the list of people who have been executed in bad faith through newspapers, radio, television, internet, court bulletin boards and other means, and may regularly announce to the public the implementation of the list system of people who have been executed in bad faith in their own courts and courts under their jurisdiction by means of press conferences or other means.

the people's court shall notify the relevant government departments, financial regulatory agencies, financial institutions, institutions undertaking administrative functions and trade associations of the information on the list of people who have been executed in bad faith, so that the relevant units can impose credit punishment on people who have been executed in bad faith in terms of government procurement, bidding, administrative examination and approval, government support, financing credit, market access and qualification identification in accordance with laws, regulations and relevant provisions.
