The cancellation process is as follows:

1. Publish a cancellation notice in a publicly issued newspaper. The announcement time is forty-five days.

2. set up a liquidation group to liquidate internal creditor's rights and debts, taxes, employee's wages, etc., and issue a liquidation report, and go through the registration formalities with the local administrative department for industry and commerce. If there is no liquidation according to law, the liquidation obligor shall bear corresponding responsibilities.

3. after the expiration of the announcement, submit the application for cancellation of registration, the liquidation audit report, the filing confirmation notice of the members of the liquidation group, the original and duplicate of the business license and other documents and certificates to the registration department for cancellation.

5. If the materials are complete and need no correction, the cancellation is completed.
